Explore the iconic Ngorongoro Crater on a half day game drive. Descend into this natural wildlife sanctuary to see the Big Five, hippos, flamingos and abundant antelope species. Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by your safari guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. The drive offers scenic views of the surrounding landscapes, and on a clear day, you may catch a glimpse of Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance.
After check-in, you can relax and recover from your journey or enjoy the hotel facilities. Later in the evening, your guide will provide a detailed safari briefing, preparing you for the adventure ahead.
After breakfast, depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park, a park famous for its large elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. Upon arrival, begin your game drive across the vast savannah dotted with acacia woodlands and the Tarangire River, which attracts a wide variety of wildlife.
You may experience close encounters with elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and predators such as lions and leopards. Birdlife is also abundant, making it an excellent destination for bird enthusiasts. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park surrounded by nature, followed by an afternoon game drive that offers more chances to witness wildlife in action.
In the evening, proceed to your lodge or campsite in the Karatu or Lake Manyara area for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, you will set out for the Ngorongoro Crate one of the most iconic safari destinations in Africa. Upon arrival, descend 600 meters into the crater for an unforgettable game drive across its rich and diverse landscape.
The crater floor is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, offering excellent opportunities to spot the Big Five lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and the endangered black rhino. You may also encounter large pods of hippos, graceful flamingos along the lake shores, hyenas and numerous antelope species roaming freely in this natural enclosure.
Midday, you will stop at a scenic picnic site near a hippo pool to enjoy your lunch while taking in the surroundings. Afterward, continue with your game drive, exploring different areas of the crater before ascending in the afternoon. You will then proceed back to Arusha, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or transferred to the airport for your onward journey.
