How much deposit is required?
Most bookings are confirmed with a 10% deposit. Some hotels may ask for an additional amount to secure rooms. Your quotation will explain the exact payment schedule before you confirm.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by bank transfer, Wise, or secure credit and debit card payment. Cash on arrival may be arranged for some late bookings.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is normally due at least 7 days before arrival. For an approved late booking, the team may arrange payment on arrival.
Can you combine safari, Kilimanjaro and Zanzibar?
Yes. We can connect safari, Kilimanjaro or Mount Meru and Zanzibar while allowing sensible transfer and recovery time.
Do I need exact travel dates before enquiring?
No. A travel month or approximate window is enough to begin. Tell us if your dates are flexible and we will plan around the season and available time.
